Shipping and Return Terms 

1. Scope 

These Shipping and Return Terms apply to all medical devices and medical supplies sold by the Company. All products are intended for professional medical or institutional use unless otherwise stated. 

2. Order Processing 

Orders are processed upon receipt of valid purchase orders or confirmed payment, subject to availability and regulatory compliance. The Company reserves the right to delay or refuse shipment where required by law or quality assurance procedures. 

3. Shipping Terms 

Shipments are made FOB Shipping Point unless otherwise agreed in writing. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon transfer to the carrier. Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. 

4. Inspection and Acceptance 

Customers must inspect all shipments upon receipt. Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within five (5) business days of delivery. 

5. Returns – General Policy 

Due to regulatory and patient safety requirements, returns of medical devices and medical supplies are strictly limited. All returns require prior written authorization in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). 

6. Non‑Returnable Items 

The following items are non‑returnable: sterile products, single‑use or disposable items, temperature‑sensitive products once shipped, products past expiration, special‑order items, and any products not in original, unopened packaging. 

7. Approved Returns 

Approved returns must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. The Company reserves the right to inspect all returned items prior to issuing any credit or replacement. 

8. Restocking Fees 

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, unless the return is due to Company error or product defect. 

9. Defective or Recalled Products 

Products determined to be defective or subject to an official manufacturer recall will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and manufacturer instructions. 

10. Regulatory Compliance 

All shipping and return activities are conducted in compliance with applicable FDA, state, and federal regulations governing medical devices, including but not limited to storage, handling, and traceability requirements. 

11. Limitation of Liability 

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, return limitations, or product handling beyond the Company’s control.
